No Refunds Policy
JobCopy operates on a no refunds policy. Once a purchase is made, whether for a monthly subscription, 365-day access, or lifetime access, the sale is considered final and non-refundable.
Why No Refunds?
- Instant Access: Upon purchase, you immediately gain full access to all AI-powered features, templates, and tools
- Digital Product: Our service cannot be "returned" once accessed, as the value is delivered immediately
- AI Processing Costs: We incur costs for AI processing from the moment you start using the service
- Free Tools Available: Many of our tools are available for free, allowing you to evaluate the service before purchasing

Subscription Cancellation
If you're on a monthly subscription, you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. However, we do not provide partial refunds for unused time.
Exceptions
We may consider exceptions only in the following rare circumstances:
- Duplicate charges due to technical errors (we'll refund the duplicate)
- Service was completely unavailable for an extended period due to our fault
- Fraudulent transactions (pending investigation)
These exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and permanently ban your account from using JobCopy services.
